Greetings!
Well, the FOA newsletter is safely at the printers shop - all 12 pages! Ishould have copies in my hand by Monday. I'll get the text version preparedand launched before the weekend is over!
Wanted to bring a couple of things to your attention:
1) We are knee-deep in plans for Amy's Tennessee Christmas Shows and tour. Iwill do my best to keep you updated with the schedule as soon as an officialone is released. I do have a partial listing of cities in the newsletter, butthey are not in order of occurrence. Just a reminder that opportunities forattendance to our FOA reception and special arrangements for advanced ticketpurchases are available to FOA SUBSCRIBERS ONLY.I met with the good folks atOpryland yesterday to make arrangements to offer Prime Time Country ticketsand Christmas In The Park tickets again as last year. They are going to throwin 4 couples passes to The General Jackson Show boat (lunch and dinnercruises) for us to give away when we are drawing for reception attendance!Pretty cool! Ya'll were such great guests last year - everyone is fired upabout having you back!

I just got the word yesterday of two major TV appearances coming up. Nothinglike a little advance notice!
September 9 - Amy will appear on The Tonight Show
September 12 - She will appear on The Today Show
Just as an aside - my bro-in-law, Judson Spence, will be appearing on TheTonight Show TONIGHT! He is singing with Trisha Yearwood on a song that wasrecorded for the Con-Air soundtrack. The producers liked Judson's voice somuch that they didn't even use the other background vocalists in the mix.
Amy is a big fan of Judson's music and recorded one of his songs, "ThePower". For those who are interested - he has recently signed both an artistand a publishing deal with Pioneer Records and should have a new album (histhird) out after the first of the year!
