Howdy, friends!

Feels like forever since I've checked in with you. It's been a hectic, but wonderfully productive week.Amy was in New York City most of last week. She did call on Friday, but wedidn't really get into how the video shoot and interviews went... So, I don'thave a lot of news from Amy here today.

I was jazzed to receive the official pre-release CD from Myrrh on Friday! What gorgeous packaging! It includes 7 new color photos from the album shootthat Kurt Markus did. Sadly the "extended CD version" that A&M had originallytalked about has fallen by the wayside. So I will be awarding the Myrrhpre-release to our weekly contest winners from the amy-list. At least I canstart mailing them out this week! And along those lines... Congratulations toMichelle McNeil in Washington state and Vasile Stanimir from Romania who werechosen to receive this CD package. In an effort to make up for all the losttime from my ailing modem, I chose 5 new winners just today! It's good to beback on track!

I also had a delightful weekend brainstorming and working on the design ofThe Official Friends of Amy Home Page! I am so blessed to have both CanGokceatam and Marc Drumm working on the project with me. If it looks half asgood as either of their sites - it will be dynamite! I will keep you postedon progress there and the date of the finished product unveiling. Should besome interesting things to see - new things to learn and plenty ofopportunity for you to contribute to our Fan Appreciation Area! Myrrh isalso getting ready to launch their site and they are doing some very funthings in anticipation of the album's release. I know that posting Amy'stravel journal from her international promotional trips this summer is partof it. They mentioned something about her buying souvenirs from the variouspoints of interest that she visits to be given away in contests yet to beannounced... Are we having fun yet, or what!?

If you haven't seen the sites of the above-mentioned web-meisters, let merecommend them to you:

Well, I'm off to make my way through more emails. Probably a good 1/4th of myemail is "spam" advertising and another 1/4th is from people asking me tounsubscribe them from this list. Gosh - the instructions for that follow eachand every post I make! It will forever be a mystery to me why illiteratepeople subscribe to a text-only mailing list??? Maybe they were looking forthe pretty pictures...

Happy trails, cyber pals!
